Dr. Geethika Earthineni was born and raised in Bangalore, India. She completed her medical school in Sri Devaraj Urs University in India. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family.
Why did you choose the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program?
Although PBRMC was a new program, it is the only community hospital serving several counties in Missouri and Arkansas. The diversity of patient population and hands on experience during my training is the main reason I chose this program. Also, the Program Director was extremely welcoming and the faculty was very supportive.
What impacts do you hope to have on the medical field?
After residency, Dr. Earthineni wants to be the best version of herself as a clinician and continually contribute to healthcare.
