Dr.Taqdees Rida was born and raised in Islamabad,Pakistan where she completed her Medicine degree from Shifa College Of Medicine with a focus on clinical excellence and a deep interest in managing complex adult medical conditions.

Throughout her medical education, she embraced hard work , pursued her goals with dedication and had an opportunity to serve in various leadership roles.Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management and inpatient care with a particular focus on improving patient outcomes through a multidisciplinary approach.She is passionate about patient education and strives to build meaningful relationships that empower patients in their healthcare journey.

I chose to pursue my Internal medicine training at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center because of the strong commitment to hands-on clinical training and a supportive learning environment.The program offers a unique balance of autonomy and mentorship, allowing residents to develop confidence while still receiving close guidance from dedicated faculty.The close knit community fosters teamwork,collaboration,and a sense of belonging, making it an ideal place for both personal and professional growth.

Outside of medicine Dr.Rida loves to spend time with her family and friends and is a dedicated mom of two boys.She loves playing all sorts of sports with them which helps her mainatin a healthy work -life balance.
