Ushna Syed, D.O.

Dr. Ushna Syed was born in New York and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Georgia and went on to earn her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine–Georgia Campus. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and service. She served as President of the PCOM Georgia chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, where she helped promote compassion and humanism in medicine. Additionally, she has been actively involved in providing care through free healthcare clinics across Georgia, reflecting her dedication to serving underserved communities.

Dr. Syed is deeply passionate about continuing her work in community-focused medicine, with a particular interest in improving access to care for vulnerable populations. She is committed to building meaningful patient relationships and advocating for equitable healthcare delivery. Her professional interests also include preventive medicine and patient education to improve long-term health outcomes.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys staying active through pickleball and tennis. She also has a creative side, with interests in photography and event planning. Recently, she has developed a love for gardening and values the time it allows her to spend with her family. She values balance in her life and strives to cultivate both personal well-being and strong connections with those around her.
